Posted On: 03/19/2026 If you don’t mind doing the work for the front desk staff, then this is the place for you. Multiple times now we’ve been told by the front desk. “Oh, you can call your insurance company. We don’t have time for that.” They will give you an estimate and then charge you more than the estimate that they gave you and when you question it the front desk staff will tell you call your insurance company. The office submitted the claim they should be able to tell us why the bill is not correct. Charlie

Dr. James Riesenberger personally reached out to me multiple times, and that level of care is something you just don’t see everywhere. The entire staff has been unbelievably patient, kind, and thoughtful through every step of the process. You can truly tell they’re always thinking about their patients, not just the work itself, but how we’re doing, how we’re feeling, and how to make the experience better. Posted On: 11/07/2025 My experience with Dr. James Riesenberger and his team has been excellent. My Invisalign treatment is still on going, but the progress has already been noticeable. Dr. Riesenberger is clearly skilled and deeply knowledgeable, and he explains things in a way that makes you feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Kristen, the orthodontic assistant who has been working on my teeth, deserves real credit as well. She balances professionalism with genuine warmth, takes her time, explains each step, and clearly cares about the final result. The entire team is compassionate and dedicated, and it shows in the quality of their work. I feel well cared for every time I walk in. Alan H

The entire team was so warm, patient, and attentive — they made my kids feel completely at ease and actually excited to be there. Every step was explained so clearly, and the care they provided went above and beyond what I expected. Huge shoutout and Thank You to Mrs. Barbara for handling the front desk solo and not missing a beat! Outstanding job 👏🫶

Dr. James Riesenberger was absolutely amazing — welcoming, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. His kindness and professionalism made the whole visit feel effortless… it’s almost enough to make us forget he’s a Yankee fan! 😉⚾️
